Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information Rosen Resolution collects through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. I’ve kept it plain-spoken on purpose.
Last updated: July 2026
Rosen Resolution PLLC (“Rosen Resolution,” “I,” or “me”) is the mediation and arbitration practice of Jason Rosen. This website is informational — it describes my services and lets you get in touch — and this policy explains what information I collect through it and how I handle it.

1. Information I collect

The information you actively share is whatever you send through my contact form or when you email or call me. The contact form asks for your name, firm or organization, email address, phone number, your role in the dispute, and a brief description of the matter — the type of case, its stage, the parties involved, and any dates you have in mind.
As with most websites, my hosting provider also records routine technical details automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, in standard server logs. This site has no accounts or logins, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

2. Confidential information

Please do not send privileged, confidential, or sensitive case materials through the contact form or by unencrypted email. Reaching out through this site does not create an attorney–client or mediator relationship, and anything you send before I have checked for conflicts and agreed in writing to serve as your neutral may not be treated as confidential. Share only enough for me to understand the matter and check for conflicts.

3. How I use your information

I use what you send only to:
  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss whether I can help;
  • Schedule and prepare for a mediation, arbitration, or consultation;
  • Communicate with you about your matter through your preferred method;
  • Keep the records I am required to maintain as a neutral.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not use it to send marketing or newsletters.

4. Sharing and disclosure

I share your information only as needed to operate this site and respond to you. A small number of providers process it on my behalf — the company that hosts the website, my email provider, and Google, which serves the web fonts the site displays — and only to deliver those services.
I may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or the rules of professional conduct that govern mediators and arbitrators.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site keeps cookies to a minimum: only the essential cookies WordPress and its contact-form tool need to work. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run Google Analytics or any similar service, so I don’t build profiles of visitors or track you across other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jason@rosenresolution.com. I’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records I’m required to keep as a neutral.

7. Data retention and security

I keep what you send only as long as I need it to respond to you and to meet my professional and legal obligations, then dispose of it. I use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or email system is ever completely secure — please bear that in mind when deciding what to include.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the most recent change, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
